Each year Northreach Youth leaders and those on the YMT recognise a few youth as student leaders.

Student Leaders (SL) is a year-long program that allows around 4-6 different youth at Northreach to help lead our youth nights.

In previous years SLs have preached or helped run POD Groups or even been given the opportunity to attend a leader training camp known as, “Boot Camp.”

A student leader needs to demonstrate qualities of leadership throughout their time at Northreach Youth – This role can’t be applied for as the SLs are specially selected and asked by our YMT.
